Cancellation Policy
1. Notice Requirement:
• Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.
2. Late Cancellation Fee:
• Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service price.
• Same-day cancellations (less than 24 hours) will incur a fee of 75% of the service price.
3. No-Show Policy:
• Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged 100% of the service price and may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.
4. Deposits for Appointments:
• A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure appointments. The deposit will be applied to the final service cost.
5. Grace Period:
• A 15-minute grace period will be allowed for late arrivals. Beyond this, the appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show at my discretion.
6. Emergencies and Exceptions:
• Emergencies happen! In case of unforeseen circumstances, exceptions may be made at my discretion, especially for long-standing clients.
